  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F.
  2. Brush the chicken thighs with olive oil all over.
  3. Season the chicken thighs all over with your favorite chicken rub or desired seasoning.
  4. Place chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket and set the cook time for 12 minutes.
  5. Turn chicken thighs over and cook for another 6 minutes or crispy and golden brown. The internal temperature of the chicken, in the thickest part, should be 165 degrees F.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or on a plate with your favorite sides.
