Pumpkin Buckwheat Pancakes

Ingredients
- ½ Cup of pumpkin puree from a can
- 2 large egg whites, whisked
- 1 Teaspoon of maple syrup or honey
- 1 Teaspoon of cinnamon
- ⅛ Teaspoon of baking soda
- 2 Tablespoons of Buckwheat
- Optional 1 Tablespoon of cacao nibs
Steps
- Heat non-stick man over medium with a little oil or butter
- Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl
- Whisk until the batter is smooth
- Make pancakes of whatever size you want with batter available
